Return and Exchange Policy

At YOOF, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, but please note that we do not support unconditional returns based on personal preferences, such as a change of mind or dislike of the color/style. Please review our return and exchange guidelines:
Eligible Returns and Exchanges:
1. A valid unboxing video is required for all returns and exchanges. This video serves as proof of any issues such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item
2. Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
3. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached
Settlement Options:
In certain cases, YOOF may offer to settle the issue by choosing between the two options, after discussing with the customer:
1. Correct Product Replacement: We may re-send the correct product to customer, provided the issue is confirmed via the unboxing video
2. Full Refund: We may provide a full refund if the issue is due to our error or product defect, as verified by the unboxing video
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
